1. Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the SMLR website (the “Service”) available at smlrlive.com. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service is informational and promotional, presenting the artistic work of SMLR. All materials (tracks, sets, graphics, photos, logo) are protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

Some features (e.g. the Elite zone) require an account. You agree to provide truthful information, keep your password confidential, and refrain from any actions that disrupt the Service.

We may update these Terms, perform scheduled maintenance, and remove accounts that violate the rules. Matters not regulated here are governed by Polish law.

2. Privacy Policy

The data controller is SMLR. We process your personal data under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) solely to operate the Service: account management, communication, and — with your consent — analytics and marketing.

We collect: your email and (hashed) password upon registration, technical data (IP address, browser type) in server logs, and data resulting from your activity in the Service.

Data is stored in the Lovable Cloud infrastructure (a trusted processor). We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics) only after you grant consent in the cookie banner.

You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, and object, as well as lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact details in the footer.

3. Cookie Policy

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies. Necessary cookies are required for the site to work (session, security, language preference) and do not require consent.

Optional cookies (preferences, analytics, marketing) are only activated after you grant consent in the banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2 — all optional categories are disabled by default.
